No. 4 The Park, Cheltenham

New build house within the Central Cheltenham Conservation Area. A challenging urban site constrained with existing mature trees and existing residential properties. The project utilises modern methods of construction including screw pile foundations and offsite manufactured timber frame construction to allow the project to be delivered along with a suite of renewable and low carbon technologies to minimise running costs.
